GRMADA WITH CREAM TOPPING
“Grmada” with cream topping is made of layers of light and dark biscuit pastry, moistened with sugar syrup, covered with milled nuts, raisins and vanilla cream. It is perfectly rounded up by whipped cream and chocolate topping.
The basis of this pastry is the chocolate teacake, buttered with marmalade, vanilla cream and whipped sweet cream. This dessert is topped with fresh fruits (oranges, kiwi and strawberry).
This is the symbol of sweet culinary pastries from Bled, since it has been known for decades. Its taste is tantalized by the layer made from puff pastry, layer of delicious vanilla cream, topped with sweet cream and puff pastry and covered with powdered sugar.
